47 Licensee not to alter area of licensed premises without approval
A licensee must not alter the area of the licensed premises without the Commissioner's approval. Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
The Commissioner is not to approve an alteration to the area of licensed premises unless he or she is satisfied that it is in the best interests of the community to do so.
