48 Licensee to notify Commissioner of alteration to designated area
A licensee must –
give the Commissioner written notice at least 30 days before altering the boundaries of an area designated under section 84(1) or (2); and give the Commissioner such information about the proposed alteration as the Commissioner may require.
Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
