Licensees and permit holders to require certain people to leave licensed premises or permit premises

In force

A licensee or permit holder must require a person who–

is acting in a violent, quarrelsome or disorderly manner; or is using disgusting, profane or foul language–

to leave the licensed premises or permit premises.

Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
