Litter Act 2007

A litter abatement notice –

is to be in an approved form; and is to be signed by the authorised officer giving the notice; and is to specify details of the action required to be taken; and may specify the time within which the action must be taken; and is to state that the notice may be amended or revoked under section 37; and is to state the penalty for failure to comply with the notice and the liability to pay costs under section 38; and is to state the right of the person to whom the notice applies to seek a review of the notice by the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal under section 35(5).
