75 Guidelines
The Minister may issue guidelines consistent with this Act in respect of any matter relating to a licence or licensing.
The Minister may amend or revoke any guidelines.
In performing a function or exercising a power relating to a licence, the Secretary is to take into account – any guidelines issued by the Minister; and any other matter the Secretary considers relevant.
