77 Applications in relation to a licence
An application for the grant, renewal, variation or transfer of a licence or quota or entitlement under a licence – may be made by a person who is eligible to hold the licence; and must be made to the Secretary in an approved form; and must contain the information required in the approved form; and must be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
The Secretary may require a person to provide such further information as the Secretary considers necessary in order to consider the application.
