18A Order declaring part of order declaring major infrastructure project to cease to have effect
The Governor may make an order which declares that a provision or part of a provision included in an order made under section 7(2) pursuant to section 10(3) is to – cease to have effect; or cease to have effect in such manner or to such extent as is specified in the order – from a date specified in the order.
On the making of an order under subsection (1), each provision or part of a provision to which the order relates ceases to have effect in accordance with the terms of the order.
