22 Exploration licence for small areas
The Minister may, under section 17, grant an application for a licence to a person in respect of an area no greater than one square kilometre.
A licence to which subsection (1) applies may be in respect of any mineral, or category of minerals, specified in the licence.
A person is entitled to hold only one licence to which subsection (1) applies.
