96 Application for renewal of mining lease
A lessee may apply to the Minister for a renewal of a lease not more than 3 months before and not later than one month after the lease ceases to be in force.
An application is to be – in an approved form; and accompanied by the prescribed fee; and lodged with the Registrar.
