18 Referral to Director of infringement notice issued by fee-paying public sector body
A fee-paying public sector body may refer an infringement notice served by it to the Director for enforcement.
Referral of an infringement notice to the Director – must not be made less than 35 days after the date of issue of the notice; and must not be made more than 6 months after the date of issue of the notice; and must be accompanied by any prescribed amount.
A fee-paying public sector body which refers an infringement notice under this section is responsible for the accuracy of the details of the notice at the time of referral.
