62 Effect of suspension of vehicle registration
If a vehicle registration is suspended as a result of the operation of section 56 – the suspension does not terminate a vehicle insurance policy; and an insurance claim must not be refused only on the basis that the registration is so suspended.
This section has effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary in a vehicle insurance policy or other agreement.
