65 Publication of name of enforcement debtor
The Director may authorise publication on an approved website of the name, address and driver licence number of an enforcement debtor and details of his or her monetary penalty.
If the enforcement debtor discharges the monetary penalty, the Director is to delete the name of the enforcement debtor from the website in respect of that monetary penalty.
