55 Right of Public Trustee to costs in legal proceedings
In any legal proceedings to which the Public Trustee is a party, or in which he is in any way interested and is represented by an Australian legal practitioner employed by the Public Trustee, the Public Trustee shall be entitled to the same costs, fees, and allowances as if he had been represented by an Australian legal practitioner not permanently employed by the Public Trustee.
