Exemption for transport of radiation apparatus

The following dealings with a radiation apparatus are exempt from the operation of section 13(1) of the Act and regulations 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 of these regulations:possession of the radiation apparatus during its transport; storage of the radiation apparatus during its transport; transport of the radiation apparatus.

A radiation apparatus that is stored during its transport is exempt from the operation of section 14 of the Act.
