15 Revocation of deed of relationship
A deed of relationship is revoked by – the death of either party to the deed; or the marriage of either party to the deed.
A deed of relationship may be revoked by – an order of a court; or on the application to the Registrar of either party to the deed or both parties to the deed jointly in accordance with section 16.
