104 Production of policies of insurance for inspection
The body corporate must at the request of the owner of a lot produce for inspection by the owner the policies of insurance currently maintained by the body corporate under this Act.
The body corporate need not comply with a request under this section if it has previously produced the policies of insurance for inspection by the person making the request and the request is not, in the circumstances of the case, reasonable.
