111 Power of entry
The Recorder (or a delegate of the Recorder) may enter on any site, and any lot, to which an application relates for the purpose of carrying out an investigation.
The power conferred by subsection (1) may be exercised at any reasonable time after notice of the proposed entry has been given to the body corporate and to the owner of any lot that is to be entered.
