6 Lodgment of plan for registration
A person may lodge a strata plan with the Recorder for registration.
The plan must be endorsed with a certificate of approval issued by the council for the area in which the site is situated.
The plan must be accompanied by – any certificates of title for the site; and any other documents that may be required by the Recorder; and the prescribed fee.
If satisfied that the requirements for registration have been complied with, the Recorder must register the plan.
