9 Common property
Subject to subsection (2), the common property consists of – parts of a site (including buildings or parts of buildings and improvements) that are not within a lot; and the service infrastructure.
A part of the service infrastructure within a lot, and solely related to supplying services to the lot, is common property only if it is within a boundary structure separating the lot from another lot or from common property.
