102 Compensation not payable

Subject to section 15 and section 96, no compensation is payable by the Crown in respect of – the vesting in the Crown of land under this Act; or the freeing and discharging from limitations of land, and the extinguishing of rights in land, by the operation of this Act; or the transfer under section 100 of rail infrastructure; or the revocation of the appointment of a corridor manager in relation to land; or a person ceasing to be able to use a strategic infrastructure corridor for a designated recreational use by virtue of the revocation of a corridor notice or the appointment of a corridor manager; or the cancellation or revocation of a lease, licence or corridor authorisation; or the variation of a lease or licence under this Act; or any improvements vested in the Crown under section 42; or anything done, or omitted to be done, in good faith under the authority, or for the purposes, of this Act.

Nothing in subsection (1) is to be taken to create a right to compensation in relation to a matter not referred to in that subsection.
