106 Charging of fees for use

A fee may not be charged to a person for the use, for recreational purposes, of a corridor, except – under a business permission; or under a business licence issued under the Crown Lands Act 1976 in accordance with this Act; or if the charging of the fee is permitted by the regulations.

The responsible manager may, subject to the regulations, charge a person a fee for the use of a structure that is situated on a corridor.
