7 Functions and powers of TasTAFE Board
The TasTAFE Board has the following functions:to ensure that the functions and powers of TasTAFE are performed and exercised in an appropriate manner; to ensure that the business and affairs of TasTAFE are managed and conducted – in accordance with sound business practice; and in accordance with the statement of expectations; and in a manner that achieves the objectives specified in the corporate plan; and in a manner that is consistent with each applicable Ministerial direction; to establish the annual performance objectives for the TasTAFE CEO.
The TasTAFE Board has the power to do all things necessary or convenient to perform its functions under this Act.
The TasTAFE Board may delegate, by written notice, any or all of its functions or powers under this Act, other than this power of delegation, as specified in the notice.
