9 TasTAFE Board to notify Minister in certain circumstances
The TasTAFE Board is to notify the Minister, as soon as practicable, of any matter or circumstance that, in the opinion of the TasTAFE Board, may –
significantly affect the ability of TasTAFE to comply with – any Ministerial directions that are in force; or the statement of expectations; or prevent or significantly affect the ability of TasTAFE to act in accordance with the corporate plan; or significantly affect the financial viability or operating ability of TasTAFE; or significantly affect any other objective, policy or program specified in the corporate plan.
