40 Appeals to Supreme Court
There is a right of appeal to the Supreme Court, which is to be heard by way of rehearing, from any decision of the Land Valuation Court on the hearing of an objection under this Act.
Except as provided by subsection (1), the decision of the Land Valuation Court on the hearing of an objection is final.
