52 Evidence of valuations

The Valuer-General must, on application in an approved form and payment of the prescribed fee, furnish a person with a certified copy of any entry on any valuation roll.

A copy for the purposes of this section may be – in writing; or made by such photocopying, facsimile or electronic transmission process as the Valuer-General determines; or made partly in accordance with paragraph (a) and partly in accordance with paragraph (b).

The Valuer-General must, on application in an approved form and payment of the prescribed fee, furnish a certified copy of a certificate of valuation furnished under section 44(3) to any person having an estate or interest in the land which is the subject of the valuation.
