Entry on land

In force

The Valuer-General or any other person appointed under section 6 may at all times during the day enter on any land for the purposes of this Act.

A person must not obstruct or hinder the Valuer-General or a person so appointed in the exercise of his or her functions under this Act. Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
