Valuation of Land Act 2001

The Governor may make regulations for the purposes of this Act.

Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the regulations may – provide for the costs of proceedings before the court or an arbitrator and for the recovery of those costs as if ordered to be paid by the Supreme Court; and provide that any return, notice or other document required to be provided or given to any person for the purposes of the regulations is to be verified by statutory declaration.
