108 Persons who may assess written-off vehicles
For the purposes of the definitions of repairable write-off and statutory write-off in section 3A of the Act, each of the following persons is a prescribed person:
an insurer;
a loss assessor;
a dealer;
an auto-parts dismantler;
an auction house.
