112 Suspension or cancellation of registration of written-off vehicle
The registration of a vehicle is cancelled on the making of an entry in the written-off vehicles register to the effect that the vehicle is a statutory write-off.
The registration of a vehicle is suspended on the making of an entry in the written-off vehicles register to the effect that the vehicle is a repairable write-off and that vehicle is not eligible for registration until that entry is removed from that register or it is noted in that register that the vehicle is no longer a repairable write-off.
