116 Interpretation

In this Division – major vehicle defect notice means a vehicle defect notice of a class referred to in regulation 119(2)(a); minor self-clearing defect notice means a vehicle defect notice of a class referred to in regulation 119(2)(c); minor vehicle defect notice means a vehicle defect notice of a class referred to in regulation 119(2)(b); public passenger vehicle means a motor vehicle that is used to operate a passenger transport service within the meaning of the Passenger Transport Services Act 2011

A reference in this Division to the registered operator of a vehicle includes a person in charge of the vehicle if there is no registered operator of the vehicle.
