Part 11Miscellaneous
175 Agency
If an approved form of an application under the Act or these regulations allows for execution by an agent, the application may be validly made by an agent.
The Registrar may require a person who has made an application purportedly as an agent to produce evidence, to the Registrar's satisfaction, of the agent's authority to act on behalf of the principal.
If a requirement is made under subregulation (2), the Registrar may decline to deal with the application until the evidence is produced.
