16 Attributable levy amount disclosure
In this regulation – attributable levy amount, in relation to waste, means an amount directly attributable to the recovery of the amount of the prescribed levy in relation to that waste.
If any amount of a fee charged by a landfill facility operator to a person for the disposal of waste into, or onto, the landfill facility is an attributable levy amount, the operator must ensure that that amount is specified on any receipt or invoice issued to the person by the operator of the landfill facility in relation to the fee charged to the person.
