Waste and Resource Recovery Regulations 2022

For the purposes of section 37(e) of the Act, the following documents are prescribed:

a landfill movement record;

a copy of the waste levy compliance management plan approved under regulation 14(4)(a);

any document or record produced by a weighbridge operator, and given to an operator of a landfill facility, in relation to the use of a weighbridge, the reading from which is used to make a landfill movement record.
