Prescribed levy

In force

For the purposes of section 29 of the Act, the prescribed levy in respect of a tonne of waste in a calendar month is –

for the period commencing on 1 July 2024 and concluding on 30 June 2026 (both days inclusive), 24 fee units; and on and after 1 July 2026, 36 fee units.
