9 Requirements for purposes of Act
The requirements imposed by the following provisions are requirements prescribed for landfill facilities for the purposes of section 35(1) of the Act:regulation 10(4); regulation 11(2); regulation 11(3); regulation 12(1); regulation 12(3); regulation 14(1); regulation 14(2); regulation 14(5); regulation 15(2); regulation 16(2); regulation 17(1).
The requirements imposed by the following provisions are requirements prescribed for resource recovery facilities for the purposes of section 38(1) of the Act:regulation 19(2); regulation 19(3); regulation 21(1); regulation 22(1); regulation 22(3); regulation 23(1).
