112 Evidentiary certificates
A certificate that is issued by the Regulator and that states that, on a specified date or during a specified period –
a specified person was or was not a regulated entity under a specified licence or under a licence of a specified kind; or a specified person's licence was or was not in specified terms; or a specified person's licence was or was not subject to specified conditions; or a specified person's licence was or was not suspended or cancelled –
is admissible in legal proceedings as evidence of the matters so stated.
