Water and Sewerage Industry Act 2008

Until provision is made in relation to this Act by order under section 4 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 –

the administration of this Act, except Subdivision 3 of Division 1, and Division 5 of Part 4 and sections 88 and 111 is assigned to the Minister for Primary Industries and Water and the department responsible to that Minister in relation to the administration of this Act, except Subdivision 3 of Division 1, and Division 5 of Part 4 and sections 88 and 111, is the Department of Primary Industries and Water; and the administration of Subdivision 3 of Division 1, and Division 5 of Part 4 and sections 88 and 111 is assigned to the Treasurer and the department responsible to the Treasurer in relation to the administration of Subdivision 3 of Division 1, and Division 5 of Part 4 and sections 88 and 111 is the Department of Treasury and Finance.
