56ZG Supply of water to fire hydrant
A regulated entity must at all times keep charged with water any water infrastructure supplying water to a fire hydrant owned or controlled by it, unless prevented from doing so –
by drought or other emergency; or while the regulated entity is carrying out operational works, protective works or any similar works to water infrastructure or sewerage infrastructure that prevents the continuous supply.
Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
