64 Price regulation of regulated services
The Regulator may regulate the prices, terms and conditions for the provision of a regulated service by a regulated entity.
In regulating prices, terms and conditions for regulated services under subsection (1), the Regulator may issue guidelines for the separation of accounts, information and functions within regulated entities.
