67A Preservation of price determinations and price and service plans
The price determination made by the Regulator under section 66 that applied to a regulated entity immediately before the transfer day applies, on and after that day, to the Corporation in respect of the regulated services specified in the determination as if it had been made under section 66 in relation to the Corporation.
A price and service plan approved by the Regulator under section 65(5) in relation to a regulated entity and in force immediately before the transfer day applies, on and after that day, to the Corporation as if it had been approved under section 65(5) in relation to the Corporation.
In this section – transfer day has the same meaning as in the Water and Sewerage Corporation Act 2012.
