91 Appointment of authorised officers

The Regulator may appoint suitable persons as authorised officers.

An authorised officer may, but need not, be a State Service officer or State Service employee.

In the exercise of the authorised officer's powers, the authorised officer is subject to control and direction by the Regulator.
