92 Conditions of appointment
An authorised officer holds office for such period and, on such conditions, as are specified in the authorised officer's instrument of appointment.
An authorised officer may resign by written notice given to the Regulator.
An authorised officer may be removed from office by the Regulator for any reason that the Regulator considers sufficient.
