18 Customer service code to specify contents of accounts issued
A customer service code must specify the information that a regulated entity must include in an account issued by the regulated entity to a customer.
The customer service code must specify – the information that a regulated entity is required to provide, at a customer’s request, about the regulated service provided to, or payments made to the regulated entity by, the customer; and the time period within which the regulated entity must provide that information to that customer.
