66 Withdrawal of representation
A representation made under section 65(2) may, by notice in writing to the Minister, be withdrawn at any time before the Minister approves an application under section 63 or refuses an application under section 64.
A person who withdraws a representation under subsection (1) is taken, for the purposes of this Act, as having not made the representation.
