76 Withdrawal of representation
A representation made under section 71(2) may be withdrawn by notice in writing to the Minister at any time before the Minister approves the application under section 73 or refuses it under section 74.
A person who withdraws a representation under subsection (1) is taken, for the purposes of this Act, as having not made the representation.
