25 Hearing of application for leave
On hearing an application for leave, the Court may – give leave and allow the application for leave to proceed as an application for an order under section 22; and if satisfied of the matters set out in section 24, make the order.
Without limiting the action the Court may take in hearing an application for leave, the Court may revise the terms of any draft of the proposed will, alteration or revocation for which the Court's authorisation is sought.
