26 Hearing of application for order
In considering an application for an order authorising the making, alteration or revocation of a will, the Court –
may have regard to any information given to the Court in support of an application for leave under section 23; and may inform itself of any other matter in any manner it sees fit; and is not bound by the rules of evidence.
