28 Will or instrument to be forwarded to certain persons

On the execution of a statutory will, or an instrument altering or revoking a will, made pursuant to an order under this Division the Registrar must forward –

the will to the executor named in the will or, if the executor is not the Public Trustee or a trustee company within the meaning of the Trustee Companies Act 1953, to a law practice nominated by the executor; and the instrument to the executor named in the will which the instrument is altering or revoking and any executor named in the instrument or, if the executor is not the Public Trustee or a trustee company within the meaning of the Trustee Companies Act 1953, to a law practice nominated by the executor; and a copy of the will or instrument to the proposed testator.
