11 Small subdivisions
The subdivision of land is an exempt activity if—
(a)
all of the land is not within 200 metres of the coastal waters of Victoria, any sea within the limits of Victoria or the Murray River; and
(b)
the total area of land to be subdivided is less than 0·11 hectares.
