22 Emergency works
(1)
In an emergency, the construction or carrying out of works reasonably necessary to protect the health or safety of a person, to protect property or to protect the environment is an exempt activity.
(2)
In this regulation, emergency has the same meaning as in the Emergency Management Act 1986.
